Day 1: Arrival in Tanzania

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be welcomed by your driver guide and transferred to Arusha for your overnight stay.

This day gives you time to rest after your journey and prepare for the safari ahead. Depending on your arrival time, you may relax at the lodge and receive a short briefing about the itinerary.

Day 2: Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, depart from Arusha and drive to Tarangire National Park for a full day of wildlife viewing.

Tarangire is known for its ancient baobab trees, open landscapes and large elephant herds. During your game drive, you may also see lions, leopards, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffalo and many bird species.

Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park before continuing with an afternoon game drive. Later, travel to Karatu for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater and Serengeti

The crater is one of Tanzania’s most impressive wildlife areas, offering a chance to see lions, elephants, buffalo, zebras, wildebeest, hippos and, with luck, the endangered black rhino. Its dramatic scenery and high concentration of wildlife make it one of the highlights of this safari.

Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the crater before continuing your journey towards Serengeti National Park for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Serengeti National Park

A picnic lunch will be served during the day, allowing you to continue exploring different areas of the park. In the evening, return to your accommodation for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5: Serengeti National Park to Karatu

After breakfast, continue exploring the park’s open plains, savannah, river areas and rocky kopjes. These landscapes support a wide variety of wildlife and offer excellent safari moments throughout the day.

Enjoy a packed lunch before beginning your journey back towards Karatu. Arrive in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6: Departure
