Welcome to FraFri Adventure Escapes, a locally based Tanzania tour company offering authentic safari, trekking, beach and cultural travel experiences across East Africa.

From our home in Arusha, Tanzania, we organise Tanzania wildlife safaris, Mount Kilimanjaro climbs, Zanzibar beach holidays and cultural tours for travellers who want meaningful experiences, reliable planning and genuine local expertise.

We operate in some of Tanzania’s most iconic destinations, including Serengeti National Park, Ngorongoro Crater, Tarangire National Park, Lake Manyara National Park, Mount Kilimanjaro and Zanzibar Island.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At FraFri Adventure Escapes, we aim to provide reliable service and well-organised travel experiences. We understand that travel plans may change due to unexpected circumstances. Please review our cancellation, refund and exchange policy below before confirming your booking.

Cancellation by the customer

Deposits paid for tours are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. If a customer cancels a confirmed booking, the following cancellation terms apply: 30 days or more before the tour start date: 50% of the total tour cost may be refunded. 15 to 29 days before the tour start date: 25% of the total tour cost may be refunded. Less than 15 days before the tour start date: No refund will be provided.

No-shows

No refund will be provided if a customer fails to join the tour at the agreed departure time or location.

Changes to tour dates or itineraries

Requests to change tour dates, activities or itineraries are subject to availability and approval by FraFri Adventure Escapes. Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the requested change.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving a written cancellation request, unless otherwise agreed. Refunds will normally be issued through the same payment method used for the original booking.

Participant substitution

If you are unable to travel, you may request to substitute another participant in your place. Such requests must be made in writing and are subject to approval by FraFri Adventure Escapes.

Package upgrades or downgrades

Requests to upgrade or downgrade a tour package are subject to availability. Any additional costs will be communicated before changes are confirmed.

Force majeure

FraFri Adventure Escapes reserves the right to cancel, postpone or modify tours due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, political unrest, health emergencies, acts of terrorism or other force majeure events. Where possible, customers will be offered alternative travel arrangements, tour credit or a refund, depending on the specific circumstances.
